Renovation dust can settle on surfaces, trim, fixtures and window tracks. Post-construction cleaning focuses on the detailed tasks listed in the service checklist, from removing surface dust to cleaning floors and polishing fixtures.
Our final touches include picking up small nails, screws and light debris, removing packaging and tape, and a final walkthrough. Construction waste, drywall, lumber and bulk debris removal are not included.
Arrange removal of bulk waste and tell us about the work completed before booking. The rate is $50 per hour per house cleaner, plus GST, with a seven-hour minimum; materials and transportation are included.
