Plan Your Move-Out Cleaning Service
Before we arrive
- Arrange access to the property in advance
- Provide running water and electricity
- The home must be heated to a minimum of 64°F
- Empty cupboards, fridge and freezer if their interiors are selected for cleaning
- Tell us about damaged or unstable items before cleaning
- Appliances must be moved before our arrival for cleaning behind or underneath
Payment
Same-day payment is required
Payment is due upon completion, before the team leaves the property.
e-Transfer or cash. Invoices available on request.
Results & surface condition
Final results depend on the condition, age, and wear of surfaces. Permanent stains or damage cannot be guaranteed to be removed.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Give at least 48 hours’ notice, in writing, by text to 403-498-7917 or email contact@meliorapropertycare.ca.
Late cancellations before the service day: less than 48 hours’ notice incurs a $100 flat fee, due immediately.
Same-day cancellation: full estimated booking amount, including when the team is on its way. The same charge applies if the team arrives and cannot start due to no access or unmet preparation or safety requirements.
