Put away loose clothing, toys and personal items so floors and surfaces are accessible. Set aside fragile belongings and let us know about damaged or unstable items before the visit.
Arrange access to the property in advance. If you need cleaning behind or underneath an appliance, arrange for it to be moved before our arrival. Moving heavy furniture and appliances is outside our service scope.
Let us know your priorities, including any rooms or surfaces that need particular care. Review the Policies & Conditions and make sure the home is heated to at least 64°F.
